PAL Links Cebu to the USA with Nonstop Flights Between Cebu and Los Angeles

Th Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave is now more accessible from the Queen City of the South with the relaunch of Philippine Airlines (PAL) Cebu to Los Angeles nonstop flights. The new flights between Cebu and Los Angeles are the latest major investment of flag carrier PAL in building up Cebu City as the country’s new international aviation hub.
“As the country’s flag carrier, our goal is to continuously bring the Heart of the Filipino to all areas of the globe, and to share our paradise with different nations,” said PAL Vice President for Marketing, Ms. Ria C. Domingo. “Our Cebu-Los ANgeles flightss are designed to do just that, by partnering with the new star among airports, Mactan Cebu International Airport, to offer a passenger-friendly gateway to the delights of the Philippines.”
The new PAL service is avaialble 3x weekly beginning May 2, 2020, giving the central Visayas region its first direct link to North America. PAL’s comeback on the Cebu – Los Angeles route is something to look forward to, with the 13 to 14 hour direct flights offer the fastest way for residents of Cebu to visit the U.S. for sightseeing and family reunions, as well as business activities.
Clocking in as the longest commercial airline route (at over 11,800 km) serving the Mactan Cebu International Airport, expect ultimate comfort onboard Boeing 777-300ER with cabin features and amenities to suit long-distance air travel. Boeing 777-300ER is the largest long-range aircraft of PAL that accommodates up to 370 passengers and has the capability to fly nonstop across the Pacific Ocean on a year-round basis.
Los Angeles is the sixth international destination that PAL will be serving nonstop from Cebu, the other five being Nagoya, Narita (Tokyo), Bangkok, Osaka and Incheon (Seoul).
PAL Flight PR152 departs from Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal 2 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:00 PM, arriving at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport at 7:30 PM on same days.
The return flight, PR 153, leaves Los Angeles at 11:PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, touching down two days later in Cebu at 5:00 AM.
