How does one cope up with stress? If you’re like me who is into constant search for something through exploration of different places and periodic satiation of wanderlust-filled soul, then it’s safe to say that travel is our therapy. While we are all anxiously dreaming about to go on an adventure, however, this isn’t feasible during this pandemic as people movement (including travel) has been restricted by the government and borders of some of the countries around the world are still closed, at least as of writing.
While confined at home for more than four months now, people are looking for ways to manage uncertainties and keeping mental health in check. Some may find relief in watching K-dramas, indoor gardening, cooking new recipes and even learning new skills online but as for a traveler like me, my coping mechanism is as simple as booking of new flights for future trips and sharing of travel-related content in the social media and blog.
While scrolling my Facebook feed, I’ve encountered numerous posts about an interesting challenge of nominating someone to showcase his or her favorite travel images for 10 days. I was even nominated by some of my friends to do said challenge. So yes, challenge accepted! However, I want to bend some rules. Feeling inspired, I’ve created my own travel photo challenge and listed down my fave destinations that I recently visited around Asia not on my social media accounts, rather in my personal blog. Of course, I added a little twist ~ in alphabetical order! (Let’s see if I can pull this off!)
No need of explanation, just a photo diary of must-visit tourist destinations around Asia to serve as a virtual tour for those who’s on travel break with the ultimate goal of keeping the wanderlust alive. So, rekindle your adventurous spirit as I take you on a photographic virtual tour of the must-visit tourist spots in Asia from A to Z!
